The 7 Secrets Of Happy People

Life can be approached from two perspectives. One of poverty, in which you need to fight for everything and one of the abundance in which you feel that the world abounds in everything you want. Happy people adopt the latter.

Some people radiate a state of happiness and joy, mourning for others. However, this does not happen out of the blue, but is the result of a certain attitude and vision on life. Here are the seven secrets of happy people.

1. A strong purpose

There are two types of happiness. One is instantaneous and appears when we do something we like, achieve something or get what we want. The other kind of happiness is lasting. It is called fulfillment and comes from the achievement of purpose in life.

2. Self-confidence.

Happy people have a strong self-confidence. This does not mean that they are self-centered or that they are the best in everything. I just know that no matter what happens, I can cope and become better every day.

3. Discipline

When it comes to achieving freedom and happiness, discipline plays a key role. A strong discipline is like a sharp sword. This gives you the power to do the things you enjoy without moving away from your path.

4. They have a few close friends

Happy people go on the principle less well but good than much and for nothing and this also applies to friends. They are surrounded only by those people with whom they can share the most intimate aspects of their inner world without being judged.

5. I see abundance everywhere

Life can be approached from two perspectives. One of poverty, in which you need to fight for everything and one of the abundance in which you feel that the world abounds in everything you want. Happy people adopt the latter.

6. Have an open mind

Having an open mind does not mean being naive. This means that you are confident enough in your intelligence to juggle some contradictory ideas without making assumptions. It is a state of mind that allows you to be open to new perspectives and learn continuously.

7. Have a developed sense of humor

People who have a developed sense of humor are happy people. It is like a colored lens through which I can see the world. Regardless of the situation, they can make a joke and find something funny to help them keep their mood.
